Recently, Australian government implemented strict travel from India & certain countries effected by corona virus pandemic. Due to such restrictions few Australian got stranded in India & to impose hefty penalty & punishment if citizens or other tries to enter Australia in any other way.

Such controversial decision deprived the citizens of Australia abroad the right to life & shelter which any country especially those who follows the principles of natural justice religiously will guarantee it’s citizen with such & as because it’s the citizens basic fundamental rights which any law across the globe will agree to uphold. Even the International Human Right Law also gets violated if this controversial rule implemented & continues in full spirit.

Currently, the Australian government has lifted the travel ban post litigation & direction from court, now it’s in the process of implementing digital vaccine passport for its citizens which will help in tracking & surveillance in regard to movement of Australian citizens in leaving or entering the country.

Hope Canadian government should take some note of the prevailing situation & take appropriate measures to repatriate its citizens from abroad & track citizens in regard to their movement whether they can leave or enter the country & rules governing non citizens should also be in place for minimising the hurdle of others.
